Social Media Marketing Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
• Create engaging content including posts, reels, videos, blogs, and email campaigns
• Run and monitor paid advertising campaigns on Google and social media platforms
• Generate and nurture leads through digital channels
• Improve website traffic and search engine rankings through SEO activities
• Track campaign performance and prepare monthly marketing reports
• Coordinate with designers, sales teams, and external agencies
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media marketing
• Experience with content creation and basic graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.)
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and other marketing tools
• Excellent communication and creative thinking skills

• Knowledge of WordPress and website management
