About Propz RealtyPropz Realty is a Bangalore-based real estate advisory and property marketing company helping homebuyers discover, compare, and purchase properties directly from trusted developers.

We create content around property projects, investment opportunities, location insights, legal checks, home buying guidance, developer updates, and premium residential launches across Bangalore.

We are looking for a creative and result-driven Social Media Manager to manage Propz Realty’s online presence and build strong engagement across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.

Role OverviewThe Social Media Manager will be responsible for planning, creating, managing, and growing Propz Realty’s social media channels.

The ideal candidate should understand real estate marketing, content strategy, audience engagement, lead generation, and social media trends. This role requires a mix of creativity, planning, execution, and performance tracking.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily social media activities for Propz Realty across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp channels.
  • Plan and execute monthly content calendars for property projects, educational content, reels, ads, offers, and brand campaigns.
  • Create content ideas for reels, posts, carousels, stories, YouTube videos, and short-form videos.
  • Write captions, post copy, hashtags, hooks, headlines, and CTA-driven content.
  • Coordinate with the video editor, graphic designer, sales team, and management for content execution.
  • Convert project brochures, cost sheets, location highlights, USPs, floor plans, amenities, and offers into social media content.
  • Monitor current real estate trends, social media trends, competitor content, and viral formats.
  • Manage posting schedules and ensure consistent brand communication.
  • Reply to comments, messages, enquiries, and basic customer queries on social media platforms.
  • Support lead generation campaigns through organic content and paid ad creatives.
  • Create content strategies for new project launches, pre-launch offers, possession updates, site visit campaigns, and festive campaigns.
  • Track social media performance, engagement, reach, follower growth, and lead quality.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly social media reports.
  • Maintain Propz Realty’s brand tone, visual style, and communication guidelines across all platforms.
  • Build community trust by creating transparent, informative, and buyer-focused real estate content.
  • Required SkillsStrong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp marketing.
  • Good knowledge of reels, shorts, stories, carousels, and ad creatives.
  • Excellent copywriting skills for captions, hooks, headlines, and CTA-based content.
  • Ability to create content ideas from real estate project information.
  • Basic understanding of real estate terms such as BHK, carpet area, possession, RERA, pricing, floor plans, amenities, location advantages, and developer brands.
  • Knowledge of Meta Business Suite and social media scheduling tools.
  • Basic understanding of Meta Ads and lead generation campaigns is preferred.
  • Ability to analyze insights and improve content performance.
  • Good coordination skills with designers, video editors, sales teams, and management.
  • Creative thinking with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work with deadlines and manage multiple project campaigns.
  • Preferred Experience1–3 years of experience in social media management.
  • Prior experience in real estate, interior design, architecture, lifestyle, luxury, or property marketing is preferred.
  • Experience managing Instagram reels and YouTube Shorts content.
  • Experience in content calendar planning and campaign execution.
  • Basic Canva knowledge is an added advantage.
  • Experience handling lead generation-focused social media pages is a plus.

SalarySalary will be based on experience, skill level, portfolio, and understanding of real estate marketing.

Expected Range: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month

Higher compensation can be considered for candidates with strong real estate or performance marketing experience.
