Position Overview
We are seeking a versatile and technically strong IT & Software Engineer who can manage the company’s overall IT infrastructure and digital initiatives. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in website development, software and mobile app development, along with working knowledge of system administration and server management. This role requires overall coordination of all IT-related activities rather than deep specialization in a single domain.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Managing end-to-end website development, maintenance, and updates
- Coordinating development of internal software systems and web applications
- Overseeing mobile app development (Android / iOS / hybrid platforms)
- Acting as technical coordinator between management and external developers (if outsourced)
- Managing domain, hosting, cloud services, and server configurations
- Basic system administration including user access, data backups, and security monitoring
- Ensuring cybersecurity best practices and data protection measures
- Coordinating hardware, networking, and office IT infrastructure
- Supporting ERP, accounting software, CRM, or internal digital tools
- Troubleshooting IT-related issues across departments
- Maintaining documentation of IT systems and processes
- Planning and implementing new technology solutions aligned with company growth
Required Skills & Competencies
- Knowledge of full-stack web development (frontend & backend basics)
- Experience in software and application development lifecycle
- Basic understanding of server environments (Linux/Windows), hosting, and cloud platforms
- Familiarity with databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL or similar)
- Understanding of networking concepts and system security
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple IT projects simultaneously
- Good communication skills to coordinate with vendors and internal teams
Preferred Qualifications
- BE / B.Tech / MCA / BCA in Computer Science or related field
- Experience working in mid-sized companies managing complete IT functions
- Exposure to ERP / CRM systems is an added advantage
