Job Description
- Greet and assist guests courteously and professionally.
- Set up and manage sports/activity areas before, during, and after use.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the facility.
- Handle equipment, perform basic maintenance, and restock supplies as needed.
- Support events, tournaments, and group bookings when required.
- Share guest feedback or operational issues with the Reporting Manager and update on the WhatsApp group.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure guests follow venue rules.
- Coordinate daily tasks smoothly with other departments.
- Maintain punctuality and be well-groomed, representing the brand image of PLaY.
- Maintain professional conduct and positive interaction with all guests.
- Communicate with guests in a calm, helpful, and respectful manner.
- Clearly explain house rules while issuing equipment.
- Handle bookings efficiently and without miscommunication.
- Ensure proper handling and return of sports equipment.
- Assist in maintaining attendance records for revenue partners as instructed.
- Support tracking of sports activity schedules.
- Cooperate with fellow crew and housekeeping team to complete daily responsibilities.
- Communicate effectively to avoid confusion or delays.
- Notify the Reporting Manager if any support is needed.
- Report technical issues or repair needs to the reporting Manager.
- Help maintain the sports facility, infrastructure, and equipment in good condition.
- Qualification and Education RequirementsGood communication skills with a positive and responsible attitude.
- Background in sports or customer service is preferred.
