Role Overview
We are hiring a Senior Sales & Marketing Executive to manage client enquiries, drive conversions, and support business growth initiatives.
This role involves handling qualified leads, maintaining consistent follow-ups, coordinating with internal teams for onboarding, and contributing to marketing initiatives. The candidate should be comfortable handling end-to-end sales cycles and maintaining professional client relationships.
- Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales enquiries
- Engage with prospective clients to understand requirements
- Explain company services and address customer queries
- Maintain structured follow-ups to drive lead conversion
- Update and manage lead data in CRM systems
- Coordinate with operations teams for smooth client onboarding
- Prepare and maintain sales reports
- Support marketing campaigns and follow-up activities
- Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
- 3–7 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer acquisition roles
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience handling B2C or service-based sales preferred
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office
- Ability to work from the Koramangala office
