We are hiring for Junior/Senior Staff Nurse (Koramangala) Full time.

Role Overview:

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Nurse / Technician to lead cardiac and functional diagnostics on the screening floor.

This role involves performing and interpreting screening-level tests such as ECG, ABI, and pulmonary function, while ensuring high standards of clinical accuracy and patient care. You will operate specialised equipment, manage quality control, and use clinical judgment to flag abnormalities in real time.

What You’ll Do

Perform Cardiac & Functional Tests

• Conduct ECG, ABI, pulmonary function, and related assessments

• Ensure accurate test execution and reliable results

Operate & Maintain Equipment

• Handle specialised diagnostic equipment with care

• Ensure calibration, maintenance, and quality control

Interpret & Flag Abnormalities

• Use clinical expertise to identify abnormal readings

• Escalate findings in real time to doctors

Ensure Patient Comfort & Safety

• Support patients during sensitive procedures like ECG and diagnostics

• Deliver a calm, reassuring experience during vulnerable moments

Maintain Clinical Standards

• Follow protocols for test accuracy, hygiene, and safety

• Ensure compliance with clinical and operational guidelines

Support Screening Flow

• Coordinate with teams to ensure smooth throughput at diagnostic stations

• Minimise delays and bottlenecks in screening flow

Skills & Qualification

• BSc Nursing / Diploma in relevant technical field

• 2-12 years of clinical experience (ICU / cardiac / functional diagnostics preferred)

• Hands-on experience with ECG, ABI, PFT or similar diagnostics

• Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail

• Ability to operate and maintain specialised equipment

• Calm, patient-centric approach in clinical settings

• Strong coordination and communication skills

Responsibilities
