Staff Nurse

Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and compassionate Staff Nurse to provide high-quality patient care. The nurse will be responsible for monitoring patient health, administering medications, assisting doctors during procedures, and maintaining accurate patient records.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and monitor patient conditions.
• Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed by doctors.
• Record patient medical history and maintain accurate documentation.
• Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and surgeries when required.
• Monitor vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and post-care instructions.
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and infection control standards.
• Coordinate with doctors, healthcare staff, and other departments.
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate care when needed.

Required Qualifications

• B.Sc Nursing / GNM (General Nursing)
• Valid Nursing Registration / License.

Required Skills

• Strong clinical and patient care skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in shifts and handle emergency situations.
• Attention to detail and good record-keeping.
• Compassionate and patient-focused attitude.

Experience

• 0–2 years: Fresher nurses can apply.
• 2+ years: Experience in hospital/clinic preferred.

Working Hours

FULL TIME Salary 15,000-20,000/-
