Key Responsibilities

• Guest ServiceWelcome and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner
• Present menus, explain dishes, beverages, and café specials
• Take accurate food and beverage orders
• Ensure smooth coordination between floor and kitchen teams
• Deliver a warm, attentive, and efficient dining experience
• Floor OperationsMaintain cleanliness and readiness of dining areas
• Set up tables, cutlery, and service stations before operations
• Clear and reset tables efficiently during service
• Handle guest requests and escalate concerns when required
• Follow service SOPs and hygiene standards

Role Breakdown

Steward - Experience:1–3 years preferred in cafés, restaurants, or premium hospitality brands

• Expectations:Strong communication and guest-handling skills
• Ability to manage sections independently during peak hours
• Good understanding of food service etiquette
• Basic knowledge of continental café menus and beverages preferred
• Confident, presentable, and service-focused personality

Assistant Steward - Experience:0–1 year / freshers welcome

• Expectations:Support stewards and floor supervisors during operations
• Assist in table setup, clearing, and running food orders
• Maintain cleanliness and service readiness
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn hospitality operations
• Good grooming and communication skills
• Preferred Candidate ProfilePassionate about hospitality and guest experience
• Comfortable working in fast-paced café environments
• Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Flexible with shifts, weekends, and peak-hour operations
• Prior café or restaurant exposure is an advantage
