Store Associate

A Store Associate is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, maintaining store appearance, and supporting sales operations. The role involves assisting customers, handling billing, managing inventory, and ensuring a smooth in-store experience.

• Provide product information, features, and recommendations
• Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints professionally

• Process payments (cash, card, UPI, etc.)
• Achieve daily/weekly sales targets (if applicable)
• 📦 Inventory ManagementStock shelves and ensure product availability
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages
• Assist in stock-taking and inventory audits
• 🧹 Store MaintenanceMaintain cleanliness and store hygiene standards
• Ensure proper product display and visual merchandising
• Follow store guidelines for safety and organization
• 📊 Reporting & CoordinationUpdate daily sales and attendance records
• Coordinate with store managers for replenishment and issues
• Follow company SOPs and policies
• ✅ Requirements🎓 EducationMinimum: 10th / 12th pass (or equivalent)
• 💼 Experience0–2 years in retail, supermarket, or customer service (freshers can apply)
• 🧠 SkillsGood communication and customer handling skills
• Basic knowledge of billing systems
• Teamwork and flexibility
• Ability to work in shifts/holidays
