(Assistant Store Manager – 24000 CTC).

(Supervisor: 21000 CTC).

6. Key Responsibilities

Role Overview

A Grocery Store Manager supervises store operations, manages staff, maintains inventory, and ensures customers have a positive shopping experience. They are accountable for sales performance, cleanliness, and compliance with safety standards.

1. Store Operations

• Oversee day-to-day store activities
• Ensure shelves are fully stocked and organized
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards
• Monitor opening and closing procedures

2. Staff Management

• Hire, train, and supervise employees
• Create staff schedules and manage attendance
• Motivate team members and handle conflicts

3. Customer Service

• Resolve customer complaints and issues
• Ensure high standards of service
• Maintain a welcoming shopping environment
• Cross selling to customers who have visited the store and approach them in positive Vib

Required Skills
