Polar Bear is the largest ice cream brand with over 200 branches across South India and we are currently seeking a strong Store Manager to join our team to provide excellent customer service to our guests and manage team to meet store sales target.

Responsibilities:

  • Overall store operation incharge
  • Stock and inventory management
  • Team management & growth
  • P&L management
  • Food safety and hygiene keeper
  • Store ambience keeper
  • Customer Delight agent
  • Store sale target achievement

Requirement:

  • QSR or fast food restaurant experience required
  • Good communication & leadership skills
