Job SummaryWe are looking for a responsible and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of Sri Venkateshwara Sweet Stall & Meat. The ideal candidate should have experience in the Food & Beverage industry, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage store operations, inventory, staff, and customer satisfaction efficiently.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage the day-to-day operations of the store.
• Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
• Supervise and guide store staff to achieve operational and sales targets.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely stock replenishment.
• Maintain proper storage, handling, and rotation of food products.
• Ensure food hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards are followed at all times.
• Monitor product quality and shelf life to minimize wastage.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and inventory reports.
• Coordinate with management regarding store performance and operational requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Manage staff attendance, shift scheduling, and performance.
• Requirements2–5 years of experience as a Store Manager or similar role in the Food & Beverage, Retail, Restaurant, Sweet Shop, or FMCG industry.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Good knowledge of inventory management and stock control.
• Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
• Ability to handle customer concerns and lead a team effectively.
• Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
