Store Manager

Job includes handing store sales (we sell rice of our own brand), planning and scheduling deliveries, customer communication and handling (both at store, and via whatsapp/calls), stock management, etc, along with visiting potential bulk customers for marketing/introducing our brand to them. We receive orders via our e-commerce website, as well as via phone/whatsapp, and also in-store walk-ins. Need to handle all these customers, plan for the material delivery with proper scheduling, maintaining the details of the orders received in MS excel sheet, etc. One store manager already available who will guide initially for learning the required skills.
