Salary: ₹18,000 per month + Incentives

Job Responsibilities:

✅ Welcome customers and understand their requirements

✅ Assist customers in selecting paints, home décor, and related products

✅ Explain product features, offers, and benefits professionally

✅ Generate sales and maintain excellent customer relationships

✅ Handle billing coordination and order follow-ups

✅ Maintain store cleanliness and product displays

✅ Coordinate with the sales team and management for customer support

Requirements:

✔ Good communication skills (Kannada, English, Hindi preferred)

✔ Basic computer knowledge

✔ Customer-friendly attitude

✔ Sales experience preferred (Freshers can also apply)
