Role SummaryAs a Store Crew Member, you will be the face of Kongsi Tea Bar, delivering excellent customer service, preparing beverages and food items, and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations at the outlet.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and serve customers with a friendly attitude
• Prepare bubble tea, specialty drinks, and food items according to company standards
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the store
• Handle billing and cash transactions accurately
• Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
• Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment
• Follow safety, hygiene, and compliance guidelines
• QualificationsMinimum 12th pass or equivalent education
• Prior experience in F&B/QSR preferred but not mandatory
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
