Job Title: Store Sales Manager

Role Summary:

A Store Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, driving sales performance, managing staff, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, maintaining store standards, and improving overall business profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
• Monitor daily sales performance and prepare reports
• Manage and supervise store staff (sales executives, cashiers, helpers)
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently
• Maintain store cleanliness, display, and visual merchandising
• Manage stock levels, inventory control, and ordering
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams
• Implement promotional activities and marketing strategies
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements (GST, billing, etc.)
• Train and motivate staff to improve performance

Skills Required:

• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Basic accounting and billing knowledge
• Knowledge of retail software Rista

Salary Range (India):

₹25,000 to ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience, industry, and location)
