Job Description
- Store Supervisor / Team Leader oversees daily operations of a retail grocery store and ensures smooth functioning.
- Supervises staff, assigns tasks, and trains team members to maintain performance standards.
- Ensures excellent customer service and resolves complaints professionally.
- Monitors store cleanliness, product displays, and shelf stocking.
- Manages inventory, conducts stock checks, and reduces wastage using FIFO methods.
- Supports sales targets and tracks daily store performance.
- Supervises billing, cash handling, and end-of-day reconciliation.
- Ensures compliance with safety, hygiene, and company policies while reporting to the Store Manager.
