Job Description
Structural Design Engineer
Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled Structural Design Engineer with experience in residential building projects. The candidate will be responsible for structural analysis, RCC design, preparing structural drawings, and coordinating with architectural and site execution teams to ensure safe and cost-effective construction.
- Key Responsibilities:Design and analyze RCC structures for residential buildings.
- Prepare structural calculations, BOQ, and detailed drawings.
- Coordinate with architects, project managers, and site engineers.
- Ensure designs comply with IS codes and safety standards.
- Review site execution and provide technical support.
- Prepare bar bending schedules and structural reports.
- Optimize structural designs for quality and cost efficiency.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve structural issues.
- Required Skills:Strong knowledge of RCC and steel structure design.
- Expertise in residential building structural systems.
- Good understanding of IS Codes and construction standards.
- Ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Coordination and communication abilities.
- Software Skills:AutoCAD
- STAAD Pro
- ETABS
- SAFE
- Revit Structure
- MS Excel
- Experience:2 to 5 Years in residential construction projects.
- Qualification:B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- M.Tech in Structural Engineering preferred.
