Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare structural drawings for residential buildings
- Draft footing, column, beam, slab, staircase & RCC detailing
- Modify drawings based on structural engineer instructions
- Coordinate with architects, site engineers, and project teams
- Maintain drawing revisions and documentation
- Ensure drawings comply with project standards and site requirements
- Skills RequiredAutoCAD proficiency is mandatory
- Knowledge of RCC detailing and structural concepts
- Understanding of residential construction drawings
- Basic knowledge of BOQ and site coordination
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- QualificationDiploma / BE Civil
- Experience in residential construction preferred
