KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

2:00 PM – 4:00 PM: Procurement & Operations Support

Procure and collect vegetables, ingredients, packaging

materials, and other outlet requirements.

Coordinate with vendors regarding orders, deliveries,

payments, and follow-ups.

Ensure timely availability of materials required for daily

operations.

Verify quality and quantity of purchased materials.

Support outlet setup activities and operational readiness.

Maintain procurement records and vendor communication.

Assist the Operations & Service Executive whenever required.

Ensure all required materials are available before service

begins.

4:00 PM – 9:00 PM: Customer Service, Billing & Outlet

Management

Welcome customers and explain Muriz products and offers.

Take customer orders and manage billing through the POS

system.

Handle cash, UPI, card, and other payment methods

accurately.

Ensure smooth outlet operations during service hours.

Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment of

ingredients and supplies.

Maintain excellent customer interaction and service standards.

Collect customer feedback and share improvement

suggestions with management.

Coordinate with delivery partners and online orders, if

applicable.

Support sales growth through customer engagement and

product recommendations.

9:00 PM – 10:00 PM: Closing & Planning

Complete daily sales reconciliation and cash closing.

Verify and record daily financial transactions.

Review inventory and identify requirements for the following

day.

Prepare next-day procurement and operational plans.

Ensure all records, bills, and accounts are properly maintained.

Coordinate shutdown of equipment and outlet operations.

Ensure outlet is secure, organized, and ready for the next

business day.
