SCM Executive – Job Description

Position: SCM Executive (OƯ Roll)

Key Responsibilities:

 Preparation and processing of Purchase Orders (POs) as per business

requirements.

 Part code creation and mapping in ERP systems.

 Vendor code creation and vendor master management.

 Invoice processing and coordination with Finance team for payment clearance.

 Regular use of ERP software for procurement and supply chain activities.

 Coordination with internal departments such as Finance, Stores, Operations,

and Procurement teams for material requirements and issue resolution.

 Tracking of material status, delivery schedules, and pending orders.

 Maintaining procurement records, documentation, and MIS reports.

 Supporting inventory management and supply chain operations.

 Ensuring compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.

Required Skills:

 Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Tally or similar).

 Good understanding of procurement and supply chain processes.

 Strong coordination and communication skills.

 Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.

 Attention to detail and documentation skills.

Qualification:

 Graduate in Commerce / Management / Engineering or related field.

 Experience in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or Operations preferred.
