Job Summary:

The Team Member is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, preparing food as per Wow! Momo standards, and maintaining hygiene and operational efficiency at the outlet. The role requires energy, teamwork, and a customer-first attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately
• Prepare and serve food items as per brand recipes and quality standards
• Operate POS system and handle cash/card transactions responsibly
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen, counter, and dining area
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and safety guidelines strictly
• Support inventory handling, stock rotation, and waste control
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth outlet operations
• Address customer queries and complaints politely and efficiently
• Adhere to company policies, grooming standards, and work schedules
