Team Member

A QSR Team Member is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, preparing food items, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring smooth daily operations in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

• Key Responsibilities:Greet customers and take orders accurately
• Prepare and serve food and beverages as per company standards
• Handle cash, digital payments, and billing
• Maintain cleanliness of dining area, kitchen, and workstations
• Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines
• Restock ingredients and supplies as needed
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure quick services
• Skills & Requirements: Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills for billing and transactions
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Willingness to work flexible shifts (including weekends/holidays)
• Prior experience in QSR/hospitality is a plus (not mandatory)
• Education: Minimum: 10th/12th pass (depending on company requirements
