Job Opening: MIS & Business Operations Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to handle Central MIS reporting and support business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain Central MIS reports with accuracy and timely updates

• Track business data, leads, and operational performance across multiple sources

• Coordinate with internal teams for data collection, validation, and reporting

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business trackers and dashboards

• Monitor business flow and ensure smooth operational coordination

• Drive business efficiency through structured reporting and follow-ups

• Maintain data integrity, reporting discipline, and process compliance

• Support management with analytical insights and operational updates

Requirements:

• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets

• Good analytical and coordination skills

• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Good communication and follow-up skills

Experience: 1–3 Years or Freshers who aspire to become Operations Executive with good Loans, Finance & Banking Knowledge !!
