Job Description
Role: Team Member
Department: Restaurant Operations
Reports to: Restaurant Manager / Assistant Manager
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take accurate orders, and ensure a friendly, fast experience at front counter, drive-thru, or kiosk
Food Preparation: Prepare KFC products like chicken, burgers, sides, and beverages following KFC recipes and food safety standards
Cash Handling: Operate POS systems, handle payments accurately, and follow cash-handling procedures
Cleanliness & Hygiene: Maintain store cleanliness including dining area, kitchen, and restrooms. Follow all health and safety guidelines
Teamwork: Support team members during peak hours, assist with stocking, and help maintain smooth restaurant operations
Quality Standards: Ensure every product meets KFC’s “Hot, Fresh, and Fast” standards before serving
Requirements
Age: 18+ years
Education: 10th pass or equivalent preferred
Skills: Basic communication, teamwork, ability to work in fast-paced environment
Availability: Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
Physical: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 15-20 kg
