Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day technical operations between Head Office and warehouse, ensuring smooth communication and execution
- Should have working knowledge of electrical wiring, earthing, power load distribution, and basic electrical troubleshooting
- Assist in basic electrical troubleshooting, inspection, and issue coordination for devices and hardware
- Handle administrative coordination across teams, ensuring timely follow-ups for approvals, logistics, and internal processes
- Prepare and maintain reports, documentation, and operational records
What We’re Looking For
- Strong coordination and multitasking skills
- Comfortable handling technical operational tasks as well as administrative work
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Self-driven, organized, and proactive in task management
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum SSC / 10th or 12th pass (Diploma/ITI in electrical or related field is an added advantage)
- Basic understanding of operations, warehouse coordination, or technical support roles preferred
- Exposure to electrical equipment, hardware, or technical products will be beneficial
- Ability to communicate in local language (Kannada preferred) and basic English/Hindi
