Job Description – Sports Counselor (Outbound Calling)

Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Sports Counselor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, explaining sports programs/services, generating leads, and converting inquiries into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers and leads. 

Explain sports programs, memberships, and services offered by the organization. 

Counsel customers and understand their requirements. 

Follow up with interested prospects and convert them into enrollments. 

Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM. 

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets. 

Coordinate with internal teams for customer onboarding and support. 

Build and maintain strong customer relationships. 

Requirements

Minimum 6 months of experience in outbound calling, telecalling, counseling, or sales. 

Strong communication skills in English and Hindi. 

Ability to handle customer objections and close sales. 

Comfortable working with targets and KPIs. 

Basic computer and CRM knowledge. 

Immediate joiners preferred.
