JOB TITLE: TELECALLER / INSIDE SALES EXECUTIVE (REAL ESTATE)Company: JSR Developers

🔹 Role OverviewWe are hiring aggressive, target-driven telecallers to convert enquiries into site visits and bookings for JSR projects (plots, villas, township).
👉 This is a performance-driven role focused on site visits → bookings → collections
- 🎯 Key Responsibilities📲 Lead HandlingHandle inbound leads (Meta ads, portals, WhatsApp)
- Make outbound calls for follow-ups
- Respond within 5–10 minutes
- 🏡 Sales ConversionExplain project details (location, pricing, offers)
- Fix site visits and coordinate with sales team
- Convert leads into bookings and advance payments
- 🔁 Follow-Up DisciplineStrong follow-up on:
- “Thinking” leads
- “Will visit” leads
- Ensure:
- 👉 Closure OR fixed next action
- 📊 ReportingDaily tracking:
- Calls
- Site visits fixed
- Bookings
- Collections
- 📈 Performance ExpectationsDaily calls: 100–200
- Daily site visits: 2–5 conversions
- Monthly bookings: Target-based
- Focus on collections, not just leads
💰 SALARY + INCENTIVE STRUCTURE💵 Fixed Salary₹15,000 – ₹25,000 (based on experience)
- 💸 Incentives (High Earning Potential)Per Site Visit Completed: ₹300 – ₹500
- Per Booking Closed: ₹5,000 – ₹15,000
- On Collection (Advance Payment): 2% – 5%
- 🚀 Bonus IncentivesHitting monthly target → extra bonus
- Top performer → Team Leader opportunity (₹40K–₹50K salary)
- 👤 EligibilityFreshers / experienced in tele sales
- Good communication (English + Kannada/Hindi)
