Job Description
Job Summary:
We are hiring energetic Telecallers to handle driver recruitment for Uber. The role involves calling potential drivers, explaining the onboarding process, and guiding them to register and start driving with Uber.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential drivers from provided data
Explain Uber driver registration process, benefits, and earnings
Convince drivers to join the Uber platform
Assist drivers with documentation and onboarding steps
Follow up with interested candidates until joining is complete
Handle basic queries related to Uber driving
Maintain daily call reports and data records
Achieve daily/weekly targets
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass / Any degree
Good communication skills (Kannada, Hindi, Tamil, or English)
Basic knowledge of smartphones (apps, GPS, etc.)
Ability to convince and guide drivers
Freshers & experienced candidates can apply
Preferred Skills:
Experience in telecalling / field recruitment
Knowledge of ride-hailing platforms like Uber
Strong follow-up and persuasion skills
