Understand customer need and handle their queries

Generate leads and make calls to potential customers

1. Contact potential customers via telephone to introduce our services.
2. Conduct follow-up calls to previous customers or leads to maintain relationships and offer additional services.
3. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
4. Provide information about services and assist customers in making purchasing decisions.
5. Keep accurate records of calls and sales activities in the database.
6. Handle customer complaints or concerns and escalate issues as needed to the appropriate department.
7. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

2. Ability to persuade and influence others.
3. Strong negotiation skills.
4. Ability to work well in a team environment.
5. Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
7. Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
