Understand customer need and handle their queries
Generate leads and make calls to potential customers
- Contact potential customers via telephone to introduce our services.
- Conduct follow-up calls to previous customers or leads to maintain relationships and offer additional services.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide information about services and assist customers in making purchasing decisions.
- Keep accurate records of calls and sales activities in the database.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns and escalate issues as needed to the appropriate department.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to persuade and influence others.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
