Job Description

Outbound & Inbound Calls: Contact prospective customers to pitch offerings and respond to incoming customer queries.

Lead Nurturing: Qualify prospects, schedule follow-ups, and pass high-potential leads to the senior sales team.

Data Management: Update and maintain accurate records of customer details, feedback, and interaction history in company CRM systems.

Query Resolution: Address complaints and provide accurate information regarding company policies, pricing, and product features.

Target Achievement: Meet or exceed specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), such as call volume, lead conversion rates, and sales quotas. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
