Job Title: Telecaller
Department: Customer Support / Operations / Backend Services
Job Summary:
We are seeking a polite, professional, and detail-oriented Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls related to support, feedback, verification, or data collection. The role does not involve selling but focuses on communication, accuracy, and providing a positive customer experience.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers for feedback, surveys, or verification purposes
- Handle inbound calls regarding queries, service requests, or follow-ups
- Record accurate information and update customer records in the system
- Escalate complex issues to relevant departments when necessary
- Maintain call quality standards and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Ensure customer satisfaction through professional communication and problem resolution
- Requirements :Prior experience in a telecalling, customer support, or BPO environment is preferred
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi,Kannada,Telegu,Tamil
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with data entry tools
- Ability to listen actively and handle calls professionally
- Patience, empathy, and a customer-centric attitude
