Telecaller

Job Responsibilities

·       Handle outbound and inbound calls professionally.

·       Communicate with clients regarding company services and requirements.

·       Maintain proper follow-up with customers and update records regularly.

·       Coordinate with the civil department regarding customer requirements.

·       Explain project details and resolve basic client queries.

·       Maintain daily call reports and lead status updates.

Required Skills

·       Good communication skills in English and Kannada.

·       Basic knowledge of civil/construction-related work.

·       Good interpersonal and convincing skills.

·       Ability to handle calls and follow-ups professionally.

·       Basic computer knowledge will be an added advantage.

Educational Qualification

·       Any Graduation / PUC / Diploma

Working Conditions

·       Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

·       Holidays: 1st and 3rd Saturday Off

·       Remaining Saturdays are working days
