Job Description
Location: Bengaluru
Department: Tele Sales
Experience: [0-2 yrs
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Tele Counsellor to guide students over phone calls regarding courses, services, and admissions. The candidate will be responsible for handling enquiries, counselling prospects, and converting leads into admissions
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
- Explain course details, fees, schedules, and career opportunities
- Counsel students/customers based on their requirements
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication
- Convert enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain student/customer data in CRM or Excel
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets
- Coordinate with trainers and management teams
- Resolve basic queries and provide support
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English & regional language
- Good convincing and negotiation skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and customer-friendly approach
- Ability to work under targets
Qualification
- Any Graduate / PUC / Diploma
- Freshers can apply
- Experience in tele-calling, counselling, or sales is an added advantage
Working Hours [10 AM – 7 PM
- Week-off: Sunday
