Job Description

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote banking, insurance, or financial products.
  • Handle customer queries and explain different financial services and plan benefits clearly.
  • Convert leads into sales or successfully schedule appointments for the field sales team.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing excellent service.
  • Follow pre-defined scripts and maintain professional call etiquette at all times.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call volume and target requirements.
  • Maintain accurate, updated records of customer interactions and feedback in the CRM.
  • Follow all company compliance guidelines and financial data security protocols.
