7:00 AM – 4:00 PM and 9:30 to 6:30

# Roles & Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential leads and generate interest in Snabbit’s services.

- Explain the company’s services and benefits clearly to customers.

- Follow up with interested leads and maintain proper call records.

- Coordinate with internal teams for lead conversion and onboarding support.

- Handle customer queries professionally and maintain a positive customer experience.

- Achieve daily and weekly lead generation targets.

- Use provided data effectively to connect with potential customers.

- Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and lead status.

# Candidate Requirements

- Hindi communication is mandatory.

- Good verbal communication and convincing skills.

- Telecalling, customer support, or lead generation experience preferred.

- Basic understanding of customer handling and sales processes.

- Comfortable with calling targets and follow-ups.

- Basic computer knowledge preferred.
