Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided databases and marketing leads.
Explain property features, pricing, location advantages, and ongoing offers.
Identify customer requirements and match them with suitable properties.
Schedule meetings and site visits for the sales team.
Follow up with interested customers regularly to nurture leads.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM software.
Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide timely information.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Coordinate with the sales team regarding customer feedback and requirements.
Update management on lead status and conversion progress.
