Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Calling: Contact potential leads using provided databases and scripts to pitch company offerings.
  • Inbound Support: Handle incoming calls from customers, answer product-related questions, and resolve complaints.
  • Lead Generation: Identify prospective clients, qualify their needs, and transfer promising opportunities to the sales team.
  • Database Management: Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and account statuses in the CRM.
  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly quotas for dials, lead generation, or sales closures. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6]
