🎯 Job Role:Telecalling & Quotation Executive
- 🧩 Key Responsibilities:Call and follow up with incoming leads & inquiries
- Explain construction packages, pricing & offers (₹2199/sq.ft, etc.)
- Share detailed quotations via WhatsApp, Email & Calls
- Understand customer requirements (plot size, budget, location)
- Convert leads into site visits & bookings
- Maintain daily lead tracking and follow-up reports
- Coordinate with design & sales team
- 💡 Skills Required:Good communication skills (English + Hindi/Kannada preferred)
- Confident in calling and handling clients
- Basic knowledge of construction or real estate (preferred)
- MS Excel / CRM basic knowledge
- Sales mindset with target focus
- 👩💼 Experience:0–3 Years (Freshers can apply)
- 🎓 Qualification:Any Graduate / Diploma
- 💰 Salary:₹12,000 – ₹25,000 + Incentives (based on performance)
