Job Description
We are looking for a Telecaller cum Computer Operator to handle outbound/inbound calls, communicate with clients, and manage basic computer operations including data entry and record maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make and receive calls to explain services (education-related).
- Follow up with leads and maintain client relationships.
- Enter and update data in Excel/CRM systems.
- Prepare basic reports and maintain records.
- Coordinate with internal team for smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (Tamil & English preferred).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word).
- Ability to handle calls professionally.
- Prior telecalling experience is a plus.
