Telecaller / Education Counsellor – Walk-in Drive
Company: Frankfinn Institute of Air Hostess Training
Location: Amar Plaza, No.19, Krishna Nagar Industrial Layout, Hosur Road, Near Christ University, Koramangala, Bengaluru
Interview Mode: Walk-in (Face to Face)
📌 Job Role:
We are hiring Telecallers / Education Counsellors. Candidates with good communication skills and telecalling experience are preferred.
📌 Key Responsibilities:
- Handle outbound calls to prospective students
- Explain courses and career opportunities
- Invite and schedule students for counselling sessions
- Follow-up with leads to ensure walk-ins
- Maintain daily call records and data
❗ Note: No sales or conversion targets – focus only on generating walk-ins
📌 Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate
- Good communication skills (English & Kannada)
- Telecalling/BPO experience preferred
- Freshers with good communication can apply
- Confident and proactive approach
💰 Salary: Up to ₹25,000/month (based on experience)
