Job Description – Outbound Telecaller (Credit Cards Process)


Position: Outbound Telecaller

Location: Bangalore

Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year

Qualification: Graduate

Salary: Depends on Interview Performance


Job Responsibilities:


* Make outbound calls to potential customers regarding credit card products.

* Explain product features, benefits, and offers to customers.

* Generate leads and convert them into successful sales.

* Maintain proper follow-up with interested customers.

* Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

* Update customer details and call status in the system.

* Build and maintain good customer relationships.


Preferred Candidate Profile:


* Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound telecalling.

* Candidates with Credit Card Telecalling experience will be highly preferred.

* Strong communication and convincing skills.

* Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

* Basic computer knowledge is required.

* Graduate in any discipline.
