Telecalling Executive

• Make outbound calls to architects, interior designers, contractors, and builders to generate leads.
• Identify potential customers and schedule meetings or product demos for the sales team.
• Brief prospects about home automation and smart home solutions.
• Maintain and update the database of leads and client interactions.
• Follow up with prospects to nurture leads and support the sales closure process.
• Assist in sharing quotations and basic product information as guided by the sales team.
• Coordinate with the sales and technical teams for seamless client engagement.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead generation targets.

Requirements:

• 0-1 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or lead generation.
• Prior experience in home automation, IoT, electricals, or related industries is an advantage.
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Ability to build rapport quickly over calls.
• Basic understanding of sales processes and customer handling.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Additional Qualifications:

• Graduation in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Experience handling CRM tools or lead management systems is a plus.
• Familiarity with the architecture/interior design ecosystem is an added advantage.

Location Requirement:

• Based in Bangalore (no travel required, but coordination with field sales team expected).
