Looking for enthusiastic & result-driven Telecallers to hire and onboard Delivery Executives for prominent logistics & quick commerce organizations like Blinkit, Porter, Swiggy, Bigbasket, and many other renowned partners. The job description includes calling the candidates, informing them about the job vacancies, screening them according to eligibility criteria, and finally making sure of their onboarding. Responsibilities Making outcalls to candidates who could be potential delivery executives. Informing the candidates about various job roles, salary structure, bonuses, shift timings, and perks. Screening the candidates according to their eligibility criteria. Helping the candidates in collecting the documents and registering them. Coordinating with the field staff and onboarding experts for the activation process. Following up with the candidates till they successfully get onboarded. Documenting all the call details and onboarding information in the CRM. Preferred Skills Effective verbal communication and listening skills. Persuading skills and networking ability.
