Job SummaryWe are looking for a dedicated and persuasive Tele Counsellor to connect with prospective students or customers over the phone, understand their requirements, provide guidance on products or courses, and assist them throughout the enrollment or sales process. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a customer-first approach.

• Key ResponsibilitiesContact prospective students/customers via phone to understand their needs.
• Provide detailed information about courses, programs, or services.
• Counsel and guide prospects to help them make informed decisions.
• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions or sales.
• Address customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding or admission process.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly counselling or conversion targets.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Required SkillsExcellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong counselling, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.
• Good listening and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
