Role OverviewWe are looking for a driven Tele Sales Executive who can connect with freelancers, agencies, and creators, understand their payment and workflow challenges, and convert them into paid Evolvv users.

This is a high-impact, revenue-focused role with strong growth and earning potential.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers (freelancers, agencies, creators)
• Pitch Evolvv’s invoicing and e-sign solution clearly and confidently
• Identify customer pain points (late payments, manual invoicing, lack of contracts)
• Conduct quick product walkthroughs/demos
• Follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email
• Close sales and achieve monthly targets
• Maintain accurate records of conversations and conversions
• Requirements0–3 years of experience in telesales / inside sales / business development
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
• Strong persuasion and objection-handling skills
• Comfortable with high-volume calling and targets

Basic understanding of freelancers/agencies workflows is a plus

• CompensationFixed Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on experience)
• Performance Incentives: Per-conversion payouts and monthly bonuses
• High performers can significantly increase earnings
