Job Title: Lead Qualification Specialist – Education Consultancy (MBA Program)

Location: Remote - MUST HAVE LAPTOP- HEADSET AND WIFI.

Work Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (8-hour login compulsory -Has to extend to complete login hrs due to ppower cut issue or break issues.

Work days- Monday to Saturday. Can compensate and work on Sunday to avoid payloss.

Vacancies: 4 to 5 Positions (Language-based)- English ,hindi and marathi - all 3 languages to be spoken by the candidate.

Project expected to start at the earliest .

Salary- 14 to 16000 as per the previous offer or discussion as per experience .( telecalling exp standards for salary budget- 6 months to 1 year- 14k/ 1 year to 2 years-15 k/ 3 yrs and more- 16k maximum budget )

Job Description:

We are seeking dedicated and target-driven Lead Qualification Specialists with prior telesales experience, preferably in EdTech or educational admissions. You will engage with prospective MBA students, understand their career and academic aspirations, and guide them toward the most suitable program offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

Make a minimum of 200 to 250 cold calls per day to prospective MBA aspirants.

Qualify leads by assessing background, motivation, and eligibility.

Generate at least mximum qualified leads daily, ensuring timely and consistent follow-up.

Use CRM tools, dialer systems, and Google Sheets efficiently for tracking and updating lead information.

Schedule calls or meetings between students and the program advisory team.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date daily call logs, lead status, and follow-up actions.

Language-Based Vacancies:

ENGLISH ,HINDI AND MARATHI - FLUENT LY SPEAKING.

Additional langauges preferred. can be telugu,tamil,gujrati but only marathi candidates preferred for project initiation for now.

Requirements:

Experience: 1+ year in telesales, EdTech, or admission counseling.

Languages: Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in HINDI AND MARATHI is required based on role.

Technical Setup: Personal laptop, reliable headset, and stable high-speed internet.

Availability: Full-time (8 hours login) within the 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM window.

Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Tools Knowledge: CRM software, dialers, and Google Sheets proficiency is essential.

Probation Policy

A 7-day probation period will be applicable after joining

No salary will be provided if leave is taken during the probation period
