Job Description
Tele Counsellor – Domestic
Company: Frankfinn Aviation Services Private Limited
Department: Call Centre
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Shift Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Week Off: Sunday (Fixed)
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate or Undergraduate candidates can apply
- 12th pass candidates with result in hand are also eligible
- Minimum 6 months of experience is required
- Age limit: 18 to 34 years
- Both male and female candidates can apply
- Candidates must be fluent in Tamil, Kannada, and English
- Prior outbound tele-calling experience is mandatory
Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective students
- Explain course details and career opportunities
- Invite candidates for free career counselling sessions at the institute
- Follow up with interested candidates regularly
- Ensure maximum student walk-ins to the centers
- Maintain proper call records and lead status updates
- Build a positive relationship with prospective students
- Handle queries and provide accurate information about courses
Salary & Benefits:
- In-hand salary between 18,000 to 22,000 per month
- Salary hike can be considered based on current CTC and experience
