Job Description
Hiring: Telecalling Executive– Domlur
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecalling Executives to join our growing team in Domlur. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
• Handle outbound and inbound customer calls professionally.
• Explain services/products and resolve customer queries.
• Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships.
• Update customer details and call records in Excel/system.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer support.
• Achieve daily calling and follow-up targets.
Skills Required:
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and computer operations.
• Positive attitude and customer-handling ability.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Salary & Benefits:
• Freshers: Up to ₹20,000/month
• Experienced Candidates: ₹20,000 + PF Benefits
• PF Contribution: ₹1,800
• Incentives based on performance
Job Details:
• Location: Domlur
• Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Weekly Off: Sunday
Eligibility:
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
