Job Description
Team Leader – Telemarketing Executive |
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of telemarketing executives.
- Generate leads and promote holiday membership packages.
- Achieve sales and conversion targets.
- Train, motivate, and monitor team performance.
- Handle customer queries and escalations professionally.
- Maintain daily reports and follow-up records.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for campaign success.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Experience in telemarketing or holiday/vacation club sales.
- Ability to achieve targets and manage a team.
- Customer handling and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).
Experience:
- 1–5 years in telemarketing/sales/team handling.
